Our analysis is based on our thematical thesauruses, our Smart Wordbooks. We have dozens of Smart Wordbooks for each of our APIs allowing us to finetune the analysis for a specific customer or sector. For example complaints detection in our CRM API uses different Smart Wordbooks for Telecom and Travel sectors.

As language is always evolving, our Smart Wordbooks are always updated with the latest trends / words. Some of our Smart Wordbooks are quite large, for example for drugs traffic detection, our Smart Wordbook has more than 7,000 entries.
